Are you interested in learning more about mathematical logic? Interested in seeing how set theory forms a foundation for all of mathematics? How model theory provides a common framework to study different fields of math? How recursion theory studies the limits of what computers can do? How proof theory understands the very proofs that underly all of the mathematics we do? Maybe you want to learn more about something you saw a recent speaker talk about?
This is the page for you! The Logic@TXST program is hiring undergraduate research assistants to get paid to learn some amazing math! The duties will include:
- Read new and exciting math for up to 10 hours a week!
- Attend weekly meetings with your mentor and the other RAs
- Earn $16/hour!
